History wars
"The discipline of history has been colonised by post-structuralists who are fundamentally opposed to grand narratives, and are in this way, undermining it. It is time to reclaim history for itself and resist the hegemony of the culturalists." Product of conversation between tdix and Michael Allen

Well, as for us: we discussed it and we were disgusted
If I said that statement had no meaning because it's full of incomprehensible arts waffle like "post-structuralists", would that make me a post-structuralist?
Post-structuralists are those who are struck by the strictures of structures.
Maybe they realised it was a load of meaningless waffle?
Michael was disgusted by the 'history' he had to read as part of his course. I was convinced by his compelling disgust. But most of all, I just like the way "discussed it" and "disgusted" sound the same.
